Paris, France–The 4th Global FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) Conference was held at the UIC (International Union of Railways) headquarters in Paris, France, from October 14-15, 2025. The event brought together over 300 representatives from the railway industry, global suppliers, and the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) from more than 30 countries.Hosted by Jean-Michel Evanghelou, Director of the UIC Digital System and Innovation. Throughout the conference, participants explored national railway plans, UIC specifications and worldwide deployment perspectives.They discussed governance structures, operational validation and the challenges of cross-border interoperability, gaining insight into the collaborative approach that drives FRMCS. 

A delegation from SED Wireless, led by General Manager He Bing and Deputy General Manager Yang Sheng, participated in the conference. They engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from the China Railway Corporation and other domestic attendees. Furthermore, productive technical exchanges with UIC experts, international railway representatives, and partners resulted in promising initial agreements for future cooperation.
